Registered Psychologist
As parents it can feel overwhelming trying to navigate what to do to support our kids. We have this pressure to know what to do and have it all figured out. I want you to know you are not alone. I am passionate about helping people grow, learn, and thrive in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. I have a special interest in supporting children and youth experiencing anxiety, anger, self-esteem challenges, and family transitions such as separation and divorce. I also work closely with parents, offering education, insight, and practical support through one-on-one sessions and presentations, both in person and online. Since 2011, I’ve worked as a counsellor with youth (6–18), individuals, and families. I offer child therapy, teen therapy, parent support and coaching, workshops.

Services
I offer child and teen therapy to support emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, and family transitions such as separation and divorce. Sessions are tailored to each child’s developmental stage, using creative and evidence-based approaches to help them express themselves, build confidence and learn strategies to help with what worries them.

For parents, I offer parent support and coaching, helping them better understand their child’s needs, strengthen communication, and develop effective strategies for connection and growth. This can be done one-on-one or through workshops that provide practical tools and opportunities to learn alongside others facing similar experiences.
Whether meeting in person or online, my goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative, fun environment where every child, teen and family feels heard, supported, and equipped to move toward a stronger sense of wellbeing.

A Bit About Me
I am passionate about helping people grow, learn, and thrive in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. I have a special interest in supporting children and youth experiencing anxiety, anger, self-esteem challenges, and family transitions such as separation and divorce. I also work closely with parents, offering education, insight, and practical support through one-on-one sessions and presentations, both in person and online.

Since 2011, I’ve worked as a counsellor with youth (7–18), individuals, couples, and families. My approach draws from strength-based, solution-focused, narrative, and systems theories—working collaboratively with clients to celebrate their strengths, shift perspectives, and move toward their goals and best selves.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle. I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two. My partner and I love camping, hiking, biking, and exploring nature year-round. For self-care, I turn to the outdoors, creativity, and art—especially drawing and painting.
